Installation of Licence Key

I have been using the free version of PDF-XChange Editor and have purchased a single user license for my laptop. Have the license key but it will not install and I get an error message stating "license key has been skipped because it is not suitable for this product". I believe I purchase a license for PDF-XChange Editor.

How do I resolve this problem?
