Hello
See the picture.
I build a "Generate Bookmarks From Page Text" for the PDF-file Gute Diebe_13.pdf.
BUT I miss the Font Name.
So I cannot built the bookmarks.
What can I do?
Thank you.

Re: Font Name?
Hello,
I see that you already have defined two levels in the "Generate Bookmarks From Page Text" dialog-box.
Just click on one of these two definitions and then click the "Edit..." button just above it (in your print screen it is currently grayed out).
You will now get the "Bookmark Generation Properties" dialog-box where you can mark the "Font Names" check-box and add the desired font.
I hope this is the answer you were looking for.
Best regards.

Re: Font Name?
Hello
It doesn't work.
I choose Helvetica as a font name.
But new bookmarks are not built ..
My intention is a better/bigger "table of content"
Thank you

Re: Font Name?
Hello dxcarnadi,
The definitions in that window are only for looking through the document to match a pattern, such as headers which are often formatted somewhat differently compared to the rest of document text.
If you are instead looking to create a table of contents, based on the bookmarks you have already created, you will want to use the "Build Table of contents" function instead: I hope this helps!

Re: Font Name?
Hello,
By opening the PDF in the first post here above, I now see the problem.
It seems like there is no usable font information in the document.
By opening the PDF in Word 2016 and saving it back to PDF, the problem gets solved.
However, there is still no clear distinction or difference between characters used for headings/titles and those for the text itself.
In that manner it is difficult to build bookmarks based on specific character formatting. Some modifications will be needed.
Best regards.
