eMail notification after Workflow is done

Dear Community
We designed some Workflows with PDF Exchange Tools. If a Workflow is finished, we woluld like to get an eMail-Notification, without an attached PDF. I know there is an option to send an eMail, but if this option is implemented, the PDF is attached at this eMail automatically. In our case we need an notification only, without attached PDF. Is there a way to get this simple Notification?

Hello Bruno,

The E-mail feature we offer in Tools is for Tools to e-mail the result of it's work, and is not intended as a notification for unattended usage of a PDF Tool.

I am afraid that there is no provision in PDF Tools for the kind of notification that you are after.

Hi Bruno,
I think I have workaround for you.
You can modify your workflow by appending two actions to the tool.
Firstly create folder on you disk(for example d:\sendmailfolder ) and place there empty text file. Lets say d:\testmailsend\WorkIsDone.txt
Then add Choose input files and Send Mail actions to the end of your tool. For Choose input files choose option Select Folder with d:\sendmailfolder. After your workflow is done WorkIsDone.txt will be sent via email.
