Secure PDF

Hi there,

I created a workflow in which the pdf file is secured. The password should be same every time. Please find the screenshots attached.

However, it keeps asking for the keyword whenever the workflow is started.

I've just tested this feature and it appears to be working correctly for me. Can you please check at your end and make sure that you are using build 332.0 of the PDF Tools?

I have managed to reproduce this and report it to our development team, it seems to be related to the "changing allowed" selection box, and unfortunately, after these tests I found that the Editor has the same issue with forgetting the entire policy.
The Development team is working on this currently, and while I cannot provide any guarantees as of yet hopefully we can see this resolved for one of the next two builds.

In the meantime, I am sorry to say the only way around this is to manually fill in the policy each time.

I have just double checked to verify, and it seems to be working as expected over here. It is possible that your settings carried over from the previous build, and that is leading to the issue there. Can you try customizing the options before running the tool:

and let me know if that helps?

If not, I would suggest you try reinstalling the application and test how it works after that.
