Editor prints the wrong colours

Hello,

I have a problem: The print in the PDF-XChange editor is an other (wrong) colour.
I have never had issues with the PDF-Xchange viewer, currently I use the viewer for printing...
See attatchment for some printscreens with my comments.

Hopefully there is a simple solution.

Thank you for your reply en sorry for my delayed response.
My version of the Editor is V7.0, compiled 328.2
and my printer is a PDF printer: Bullzip PDF printer V 7.1.1218, but the problem occurs on all printers.
When i select "print as a image" then the colours are good, but I don't want to print as a image, because of the filesize and quality.

Did you see my attatchment (PDF file)?

I hope there is a solution!

There is the original file and the 2 files (from the editor and the viewer), both printed with bullzip.

thanks for those. I seem to be getting the right colours when printing from the Editor.

Can you send your your color profile files from: c:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color (just the .icm and .icc files is enough).

I don't have icm files in this folder.

Hello Michel,

That is quite some colour profiles!
Do you have an .icc file with the name of your monitor?
If you move that out of the
C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color
folder, and then restart the Editor - does the Editor then start showing the files correctly?

Also - I see you have colour profiles for your prinnters - so try moving the profiles for the printer on which you get the wrong colours - and see if that helps with your output to paper!
