Form Data - Import/Export greyed out

Hi there! I have a question. I am using PDF X-Change Viewer and I have a PDF in which File->Form Data-> "import data to form" and "export data from form" is greyed out. Is there something specific to the PDF (e.g. permissions) that is not allowing me to copy the data to another PDF? Thanks for your time!

I have moved this topic from the (SDK) Software Development kit forums to the end user forums, as this does not seem to pertain to SDK functionality, please let me know if this issue does indeed pertain to the SDK, so I can undo that movement.

As for the issue at hand, The document likely has security in place, which if present you can see from the document menu (Ctrl+D). If it is password security and you know the password, you should be able to remove these restrictions here.
