Issue with selection of text

Hello,

I am using PDF Xchange Viewer 2.5 version.
I am having issue with selection of text in a PDF file.
When I use "select Tool" and try to select a portion of a text, all the text in that page is being selected.
But the same issue is not observed in other company PDF viewer.
Also, this issue is being observed in only this particular file and with other files, text gets selected intended porting of it.
But the files I am having issues with is very important for me.

Please let me know if any settings needs to be changed.

The Viewer is quite old and no longer supported as it was replaced by the Editor. Please download and test the Editor:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloads

If that doesn't help, please send the file that you're seeing this with?

I downloaded the editor version and issue is resolved now.
