Issues Overwriting PDF's

Hey

having an issue when overwriting pdf files in pdf-xchange editor
getting the attached error

happens for any pdf

Could you please give us more details about your network environment?

Please tell us whether the files are located on some network storage?

Please tell us whether the files accessible for editing by other PDF software?

Also, what version is your PDF Editor?

You can see that under the Main menu -> Help -> About.

Hi

its a windows environment, user has full permissions to the locations their having issues in, doesnt matter location of the network files
we have tested adobe acrobat and this works ok. users are using pdf-xchange pro v6 6.0.319.0
