Hello Unilateral,
You can use any existing system store certificates in the Editor simply by selecting them from the Sign document dialog: However if your signature is not stored in the system store, you will instead need to use the "Certificate from file" option: Note that the Editor currently only supports *.PFX and *.P12 signature files with this method.
Kind regards,

Re: to sign with a separate *.sig file
Hello, Daniel.
Using this way, I get a file and a signature in one file. I need an intact file and a signature file *.sig (a signed document in two files).

Hello Unilateral,
Unfortunately, Signing in PDF works a bit differently, and it is not currently possible for us to generate separate files for this situation. You can of couse take advantage of that fact that signing forces you to "save as" and instead of overwriting the original document, you can instead create a "signed copy" of the file. leaving the original unsigned document intact.
For validation of changes, PDF signatures make use of a timestamp server to verify that nothing has changed in a document between signing and now.
If you need to generate one of these *.sig files, you will need to use a specialized software designed to create these files.
