Have a document with hundreds of comments. Comments Pane open. Comments grouped By Page, all expanded.
I can arrow down through the comments, but as you cross the page boundaries, the focusing breaks. So that, I'm jumping to the next comment in the pane, but usually the first and second comment on the page itself doesn't focus. Eventually, it starts to focus, again but, with maybe just 4 comments on a page, it's usually by comment three and then, once you cross the next page boundary again, the problem recurs.
In the top of the Commenting Pane is a very small icon for jumping to the next Comment in the Pane and focusing there. This ALWAYS works correctly. Trouble is, it is SUCH a small icon that, after hundreds of clicks it seems distracting to have to keep yourself totally focused on that small area of space.
Is there any way to create a keyboard shortcut to that command? Not Arrow Down, that can't keep the comments focused on the page. But, rather, to whatever specific command this specific button in the Comments Pane is executing.
Many thanks,
SW

Hello SW,
Yes there certainly is a way to create such shortcuts.
Just right click an empty space in the toolbars area, and from the drop down menu that will appear select the last option "Customize Toolbars...".
This will open a new window. In that new window select the "Commands" tab, and then start typing the name of the command you want to find. Once found - double click it and you can assign your shortcuts to it: Regards,
Stefan
