When viewing PDF's that have annotations/labels/comments, black boxes appear. When viewing the same PDF in a different program like Adobe, Edge, Chrome, etc the boxes do not appear. This happens with multiple PDF's and only in PDF-XChange Viewer. I have reviewed all the settings and can't seem to find a way to toggle off this frames. Any ideas?
Thanks for the post - The Viewer is no longer supported as it was replaced by the Editor several years ago. Please try the Editor and see if that helps: http://www.tracker-software.com/downloads
Thanks,

Thank you.

Hi Will, thanks for the heads up. I didn't know the viewer has went unsupported. I gave the editor version a try, and the issue is not present! Thanks for your help.
just because of curiosity: Where does the PDF come from?
It is a drawing - is it from AutoCAD? If yes, there is a setting in Autocad which creates the frames (I suppose so ...)
