Printing Progress window issues
Every time after I log on (after the computer locked itself) the Printing Progress window shows up. It cannot be closed unless I end the task or reboot the system.

Hi galileo84,
Thanks for the post - Can you please advise on the specific release you're using? You can find this from the About tab in the printer's printing preferences.
Thanks,

Re: Printing Progress window issues
Thanks for doing that.
We are not aware of any specific things that would cause that.
I would like to know if PDFSaver is loaded (showing in the Task Manager) before you lock the screen. Also, can you check for us whether the option to "Autounload" pdfsaver.exe helps?
Open the PDFSaver UI (find PDFSaver.exe in the Windows Start Menu) and check the box and set it to unload in say 30 seconds then test your lock screen. regards

Re: Printing Progress window issues
It has nothing to do with the log-in. I just verified this.
Disconnect from docking station
Closing lid of laptop
Wait 5 seconds
re-connecting to docking station
Opening the lid of laptop
>>> Printing Progress window appears on Desktop

Re: Printing Progress window issues
After testing with your settings; The window appeared for about 1 second and then disappeared again....
Will test a little bit further to fully verify if this fixed the issue.
Thanks again !

Re: Printing Progress window issues
Hello Galileo,
Many laptops will Sleep or Hibernate when the lid is closed, and automatically log back in when it is reopened (though most still prompt for the password). Is it possible that you have a logon script that attempts to print a specific file, or launches our PDFSaver utility during logon?
Kind regards,
