Uploaded Stamp not saving

I added a new stamp to the stamp palette (either from clipboard or file).
Once i close the program the stamp disappears from the palette.
What needs to be done to ensure that the stamp remains on the palette all the time?

Can you please check if you have write access to this folder?
%AppData%\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps

Or are your current custom stamps collections stored in
C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Editor\Stamps

Have you tried adding the new stamp to an existing collection? And does that save correctly for you?

I have the same problem as Apass.

-The Stamps folder does not exist.

-No, are not. In this Stamps folder is only an another folder named ENU and in this folder is DynamicDate.pdf

Yes but if I close the app and opened again the stamp isnt there anymore.

Can you please go to Help -> About in the Editor and check qhich build of our products you have installed?
If it is not the current one (333) - can you please try to update to it and let us know if after that you can create new stamp collections?

Hello Silviu,

Just spoke with a colleague - and he says that indeed if you add a stamp to the Dynamic Dates" collection - it will be removed at restart of the Editor.

When making your new stamp you need to make sure that you also create a new stamp collection for it first:

And then all should be well!
