Graphic Tablet Intuos Photo wont work

Hello all!!

In our company we have problems using a graphical tablet with PDF XChange Editor Plus (licensed version).
I am using the graphical tablet Wacom Intuos Photo (CTH 690).

We are not able to draw or comment anything in our documents.
It seems that the whole tablet wont be recognized with PDF XChange Editor Plus.

Other software (OneNote, Paint...) dont have this kind of problems.
If I am running PDF XChange Editor Plus in the background and open it while I am drawing something I am able to use the pen (till I release the pen from the tablet).

As soon as the PDF software is active the tablet wont work.
Is there some kind of setting I might have missed?

Our environment:
OS: Windows 10 Professional x64
Hardware: Wacom Intuos Photo (CTH-690)
Software: PDF XChange Editor Plus (latest version)

Hello Tobias,

Thank you for the report, we have seen some similar reports recently, and are trying to work towards a resolution. For the moment we have been unable to reproduce this, however most users have found that applying the below registry key helps. This will switch the Editor to using the standard windows driver for touch capacity, which should workaround this issue in the meantime.
