How do I save a file after rotating it?
This should be a very simple procedure. I rotate a PDF file, use Save As and give it a different name from the original. But when I open it, it is not rotated. What am I doing wrong?

It seems that you didn't rotate pages, but you did rotate view .... (When file is changed, there is * (asterisk) in the name of his tab)
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Additional info: to effectively rotate pages in a PDF-file:
- click the Rotate button in the Organize tab (in the Ribbon User Interface), or
- click the Document-menu > Rotate Pages... (in the Classic Toolbars interface).
- click the Rotate button in the Organize tab (in the Ribbon User Interface), or
- click the Document-menu > Rotate Pages... (in the Classic Toolbars interface).
