Convert from Outlook to PDF missing attachments

I seem to be having an issue where using the convert to PDF in Outlook, some of the attachments aren't added to the document

at the moment it seems that it's just pdf attachments that are not coming across

these are my settings

I have attached an example email file

I'm using PDF-XChange Editor Plus Version 7.0 build 328.2 and Outlook 2016 build 16.0.4738.1000 32bit

Hello Peter,

This is a known ongoing issue. Each mail client will attach attachments differently when sending, we have setup handling for incoming mail from all of the most common clients (gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc) however some of the more obscure clients, and especially custom in house clients will still suffer from this issue.

Could I ask you to send an Email to use via support@pdf-xchange.com.com to the ATTN of Daniel with a link to this thread? I will also need you to attach a copy of one of the emails that you are having trouble converting. With this I can add that information to the ongoing ticket so that the Dev team can begin working on a resolution for you.

Hello Once again Peter,

I've just been fiddling with the file before adding it to the ticket, and it seems that in this case the attachments are properly being included after converting. Could I ask you to ensure you are indeed running the latest build (328.2) of our software. After that you should indeed find that the attachments to these emails are included in the PDF when you open the attachments pane (Ctrl+Shift+A).

If you are certain the latest is running, please try reinstalling the software.

Definitely running 328.2 and also tried reinstalled to make sure but no attachment showing in the document

I even opened the .msg file from the one I uploaded

My sincerest apologies, I completely forgot that yesterday morning I had installed one of our release candidate builds for the upcoming Version 8. This should be available to you in a week or so, and the issue has already been resolved for that release.

with respect to conversion from Outlook to PDF: is there already a way to batch-convert multiple Outlook-emails to PDF, ideally including their attachments?

This would be great for the meantime while we wait for the killer feature way to convert *.MSG's to PDF.
