Help for toolbar PDF xChange Editor

Hello,
i have problem with Customizing toolbar.

I'am able to add simple button in pdf xchange Editor ribbon (red buttons ), but I would like to know how to use textbox,dropdownlist(combobox) or group of button as the open button in picture ?

could you help us?

hello,
i tried code c# you showed, it works but it s not what we search, our need is to add a button with sub action on toolbar not a sub menu. And also how to add dropdownlist and textbox on toolbar.
like file bellow.
