PDF Exchange printing problem

PDF Exchange printing problem
I just purchased the PDF Exchange plus software and when I try to print to PDF I still get the symbols inviting me to purchase the program. I have closed and reopened the program and I am still getting this. The whole reason why I purchased this is so this would go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you please send us one of the files that you printed and contains 'Buy now' stamps so we can check it for you?
