I tried printing a scanned grayscale pdf using the latest version of the Editor. The print preview looked washed out, and it actually printed that way. I had print settings set at Monochrome and 400 dpi. Using the Auto, Grayscale, and Color settings did not help. Looked the same in Windows 7 and Windows XP.
I then tried printing the same pdf using version 6 of the Editor and the latest version of the Viewer. The document looked fine in print preview, and also when it was actually printed. Once again the Editor settings were Monochrome, 400 dpi. Viewer was set at 600 dpi.
Is this a known issue, or is this something happening over here only? The document contains credit card information, but I can email it to you if necessary.
Thank you.

Re: Printing Scanned Grayscale PDF
Thanks Arnold,
File received and problem reproduced. I have just created a ticket for this in our system:
#4289: Editor 324.3: Printing a file with MRC compressed images gives strange results.
So that we can get it fixed!
In the mean time "Print as images" should work as a workaround for this particular file, and we will see what we can do to get it print correctly without any additional settings!
Cheers,
Stefan

Hello Arnold,
I am sure you've probably already noticed, but this issue has been marked as resolved, Could I ask you to try it again on your end and let us know if you find that anything is wrong?
