PDF-Exchange Edotor does not rescale from 300% to 100% on second monitor

Hi
On windows 10 1709, I have to monitors
I use PDF-Exchange Editor version Nov 30th 2017, Feb 2017 version had the same problem
#1 is set to scale to 300%
#2 is set as normal to 100%
When I move PDF-Exchange Editor window from monitor #1 to #3 it does not rescale from 300% to 100%. It remains at 300%.
All other software do rescale properly.
What can I do ?

The odd thing is that it was ok last week.
My computer is brand new. It is 2 weeks old.
