How can to password protect a pdf file using vba?

Can someone give me a simple example of how to password protect an existing *.pdf file using vba (libraries ver 4)?

You can find the method needed to put protection on an existing document here:

And there is a snippet of sample code how to use this.
I am not sure of the exact syntax to use through VBA though.
