I have a UserControl, which is above the PdfControl (see picture).
I want to scroll through the text box and you scroll the PDF.
So far I've tried the OnMouseWheel event to PdfControl pass but nothing happens when you scroll over the textbox.
Well, the focused element will handle the scrolling. If your text box is not focused it won't scroll.
And also, your description is still not detailed enough, it's even more complicated now. In your first message, you said that you want to scroll through the TextBox and in your next message you said the complete opposite.
