Is the function for optimize PDF's allready available?

This function was availble before:
PXCp_OptimizeFonts(lipdf, 0)
PXCp_OptimizeRemoveNamedDests(liPDF)
PXCp_OptimizeStreamCompression(liPDF)

No. In Editor all optimization are moved into separate plugin and cannot be used on Core API level.
And yes, for the moment we have no plans to implement replacements.
