Excuse this location, but I can't find a better one.
How to I set this forum to notify me of replies to my posts?
User Control Panel Manage notifications seems broken - it offers no management, only to "view all past notifications".
Thanks.

Re: Forum Manage notifications
Thanks. So what threw me was that the notification type response "email" is not a "notification", but is managed under Edit Notifications. Well, now I know!

Re: Forum Manage notifications
Well, I set
yet am getting absolutely no Notifications (on the web site) and no Emails (in my Inbox, or Spam), despite that I am getting replies to topics I started. Do such topics not meet those alert criteria, somehow?

Re: Forum Manage notifications
Hi, chrisjj
You would need to be subscribed to the topic in order to get notification emails: Beyond that, our automated forums emails can also sometimes be filtered as junk, instead of simple spam, please check that folder as well, assuming that your mail client does not immediately delete them.
Kind regards,

Re: Forum Manage notifications
Thanks D. It has never occured to me that I'd need to subscribe to my own posts manually, but I shall now endeavour to remember to do this each time.
My mail is in Gmail which has only Spam. There's no Junk showing to me, because anything worse than Spam has already been terminated by Gmail before delivery. But so far nothing suggests this is the problem.
Thanks again.
