I'm trying to convert a PDF file to PDF/A standard via PDF-Tools. It doesn't work because I get the the error "Name is not valid UTF-8 string".
I've created the PDf document myself, as well as two other ones with almost identical names (both the file name and the head of the document). The two other documents don't have this same issue, so the problem doesn't seem to happen because of the umlauts in the headline. There are no special characters in the file names.
The error alone doesn't tell much, so: what does it mean and how can I solve it?
Convert to PDF/A error: Name is not valid UTF-8 string

Kind regards,
