PDF-Tools Watched folder delay start time

Hi
Is there a posibility to delay start time to a watched folder until all files are copied ?
I use a synology drive sync to copy the pdf files to the watch folder outside the network but the process starts when the first file is copied and unfortunately it takes about 10 seconds to copy all the necessary files.
I try to perform several operations with filtering Flatten, Certify, Sign .... and Merge.

Unfortunately not, It is recommended to avoid using merge functions in watched folders for this reason. For the moment, you will want to run this tool manually after the files are all in the correct folder, instead of using a watched folder.
