These are simply links to our feature highlights videos on YouTube, PDF-Tools has not seen any major changes which a video would help to explain, so it has not been featured since build 337. The Editor and PDF-XChange PRO likewise have mostly been bugfixing, and minor individual feature updates since build 340, as we work our way into Version 9 which is coming soon.
As such, yes, these videos are intended to still be linked on the product pages currently, when a new video featuring the product is available, it will be updated.
You can see the actual current version in the product description, on the PRO page: Or in within the Download button for the Editor (I have prompted a discussion with our web developers to make this consistent across the board in the future).
