PDF-Tools Shortcut in the shell menu

Hi,

I would like to use a custom merge command created in PDF tools instead of the default merge with PDF-Xchange

I have tried adding the shortcut to the "send to" menu
and using a shell menu editor too

But the shortcuts created in PDF-Tools are not activated in any case.

How can I add shortcuts to commands created in PDF-Tools to any browser menu?
