Merge pdf-s with empty pages

I would like the following:
I want to merge pdf files. I want the program to do that if the pdf to be attached has an odd pages, put an A4 blank sheet at the end, if it is even, you don't need it. This is how you should mount the pdf files.
Can I do this with PDF-XChange Editor, or Tools?

thanks for the post. Such a feature is not part of the PDF-XChange family, however we think it should be!

To that end I have raised a formal Feature Request to add this to PDF-Tools. While intended for internal use only, the ticker to reference is RT#5348: Feature Request :: PDF-Tools :: Merge pdf-s with empty pages

At this point there is no ETA for delivery, but it is now in the system and will happen.
