Hi

Is there any solution to flatten Comments all over in many documents?
Maybe in he "tools" or in the Editor (flatten in all open documents etc. )?

in the PDF tools you can use "Flatten Comments" tool.

Ok yes i know but is this possible for "more than one dokument"?
i habe round about 2500 Documents and in all of them i have to flatten the comments...

Yes, the PDF Tools are created to process multiple documents. You can double click on tool, or drag and drop your files. Or use command line, for example "C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Tools\PDFXTools.exe" /RunTool "pdft.tool.flattenComments" [path1 path2 ... pathN] where path can be both filename and folders.
Also if your files are heavy you may consider to switch off Batch processing mode option.

But i searched it in my tools and can´t find it... i habe PDF-Tools v6.0 Build 320.1 maybe only in newer version 7.0 ... ?

You should install new version. Flatten comment tool was introduced in 323 version
