Create PDF from pictures with EXIF data as caption

Hi
I would like to create a PDF from JPG-pictures with the date the picture was taken as caption. This information is stored in the meta data of the JPG (Exif-data).
The built-in function in PDF-Tools uses only the current date.
Is this possible?

Probably this question goes about a feature request to incorporate Exif recognition in JPG files.
Currently, you will have to use 'an other application' to first rename a copy of your pictures, based on this Exif information.
After this, you can use the renamed pictures to make a new PDF via PDF-XChange Tools.

As Willy said, currently this is not possible to do this directly in the PDF Tools.

Hi Guys,
I'm also looking for a way to transform a lot of JPG images to PDFs along with the
EXIFs content... mainly creation Date/Time along with file name.
Is that today possible?

Maybe in the future, but it is still not possible yet.

Hi,
For those who could be interersted i finally use Linux "pyrenamer" tool to
add "creation date" to filenames before converting images to pdf.
