MAPI.dll missing SOLVED

I created some jobs in PDF-Tools. If I want so send a email automaticly this error appears. If i switch from Outlook 32bit to SMTP, i get a "handle missing" error.

OS: Win10 Prof 64bit
Mail: Outlook2016 32bit/ Exchange

Which is the Mail CLient that you use (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird)?
And have you tried to repair it's installation after the Creators Fall Update to Windows?

I use Outlook 2016 and i`ve done nothing like repair ...

I also searched the system for the mapi.dll, but i can`t find some.

Is there an executeable or issuse for repair?

You could try an online tutorial like this one:

With the Creators update windows is now handling file associations slightly differently, but repairing outlook should solve the mapi issue!

If i use the Editor and click "mail to", Outlook opens with the attached file.

if you click this button here you can choose the default mailing application, it should use the system default, but incases where it does not manually selecting the one to open can help as well.

Could I ask you to open it and ensure you have your outlook account setup in here, and then select it and try again?

My own job/ tool still ends in an error, but the standard "send mail" tool is working now! If i have some time later this day, i try to create a completely new tool and try again.

If i choose the document by dialog, the mail will be sent, if i want to catch it automaticly is crashes ...

It looks like a wrong var in runtime. The process himself works with the GUI.
