PDF Topols Version 6.0 does not work

PDF Topols Version 6.0 does not work
My System is WIN 7 Professional (64 Bit). Today I installed PDF Tools V. 6.0 (Build 318.0).
When trying to merge pdf-files, I always get the error message "PDF Tools does no longer work".
I will now make a system to be able to work with PDF tolols again, butr this should not be the final solution.
What can I do?

Hello RdelaRoza,
It seems like something went wrong during the installation process.
Please try to uninstall all Tracker Software products from your computer and then re-install using the latest version of PDF-XChange PRO.

Hi Radi,
I installed the latest version from the zip-file (after uninstalling all Tracker products from my PC and starting it new), but nothing has changed. Any idea what I can do next?

Did you already try with the PDF-Tools "64 bit MSI Installer" ?

Thank you for the post. Could you please send us a screenshot of the tool settings for the merge tool?
There may be conflicting commands or some other clue within.
Please note that any image file will need to be saved in a zip folder in order to post it here.

The only difference that I see for myself is that the "Show extended dialog box ..." is not active.
When I deactivate this dialog box at my side, and try again, everything keeps working.
1) Would it be possible to post a few more details concerning the different steps that you are doing?
Like:
- click Run
- select the PDF files
- click Open
- ...
2) At which step exactly do you get the error message?
3) Could you attach a 'print screen' from the error message?

It seems this is a bug with regards to the UI language. Could you please try to change the language to English and let us know if you are still seeing this error?
You can change the UI language under Options> Preferences> Language
