I am currently able to OCR documents in English just fine via the PDF X-Change Editor SDK, however when I attempt other languages I just get OCR in english, almost as if it is ignoring my language request.

It does not error either. I can also see the OCR plugin loaded, but I cannot see the OCR option in the UI with the unedited FullDemoApp.

Any ideas on where to begin debugging that?

Are you loading the plugin before the IPXV_Control initialization? Also, this post will prove useful:

Thank you, it seems it was something about the document. I tried some others and they seem to work.

It's not a major problem, but would appreciate any insight.

Have you tried OCRing it via the End-User Editor. If so, what are the results?
