Is there a way to sign with the full certificate path? I only get the bottom certificate not the upper certificates from the certificate authority?

that bug was also present in the SDK...

It should use full certificates chain on signing and does so on all certificates I have tested.
Can you export and send me (ivan@tracker-software.com) your certificate? (without private key for sure)
