I develop a outlook addin, I have a Form use the AxPXV_Control to preview my pdf file, the AxPXV_Control sometimes can't be loaded. I must close outlook, it can loaded when outlook reopen.
In outlook 2013 ,it seems OK.
but in outlook 2019, the control can't be loaded sometimes.
What is the possible reason? thanks.

I use the PDFXEditor SDK version is 6.0.318.1
