What would be the Instance.Settings for the above two options (and what PXV_AppPrefsChanges to fire)?

Ah, ah ...

That would be "DocView.RestoreLastLayout" and PXV_AppPrefsChange_PageDisplay.

Btw, looking into CabExplorer and trying to match names with what I see in EU UI...
