we searched in the documentation but we could not understand all the type of existing contents, especially the type
CIT_XForm = 4,
CIT_Container = 6,
CIT_Place = 7,
CIT_BeginContainer = 8,
CIT_EndContainer = 9,
CIT_Clip = 10,
CIT__Last_ = 11,
can you clear them up?
Another point, do we can add our own types?

CIT_XForm - 8.10. Form XObjects
CIT_Container - not used yet
CIT_Place - 14.6 Marked Content - Table 320 – Marked-content operators (page 553) (MP and DP operators)
CIT_BeginContainer - represents BDC, BMC; will be replaced by CI_Container eventually
CIT_EndContainer - represents EMC
