Command to show comments by status All or None

In the comments pane, there is the menu options->Show Comments->By Status(All, None, etc),
how can I do this in c# or is there a command I can execute in code to show comments by status for All or None?

I've consulted with the developer who is responsible for this feature - he said that it's very complex (as the list itself is being dynamically generated and is not a single command) and cannot be done via the SDK for now.
