New translation tool with the latest data files, for the upcoming build 317 of the Editor, available for download here:

Valid files sent before to 12pm PST March 21, 2016 will be included in the build. All the rest files, as always, available to download from our site: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/editor_lang

Translation tool updated. The archive contains all latest languages files and now can be used to make localization files for PDF-Tools V6 and Tracker Updater.

In the latest one I find a mistake in pdf-Xchange translation.

Install at least 2007 or later version of Microsoft %1 to open %1 files.

I tink that the second %1 should be %2 ?
