How can I remove the localized interface in a foreign language once and forever?

I'm choosing the built-in English default interface in options, click apply, then it works in the current session. But when I open the editor next time, the interface is again in a foreign language.

Please fix this bug.

How can I remove the local language at all?

Hello vladp6,

Welcome to our forums.
Can you please make sure that you are using the latest Editor build?
Please go to Help -> About and you will be able to see which build you have installed there. If it's anything other than 5.5.313.0 then please download and install it from here:

Hello vladp6,

Are you running a Windows account with administrative privileges or a limited one?
Can you please try right clicking the Editor shortcut and select "Run as Administrator", then change the language - and this change should stick.

Regards,
Stefan
