maybe I misunderstood but sometimes ago there were posting to invent translators, and they included a link to download the current tool with current language packs. And this is why I thought that this new forum could offer the links to all people they want. But maybe I'm wrong.

Now I found the translations tools on the download page. But nevertheless a short hint here could be useful.
