OCR crashing

Hi,

This morning I installed build 353.0 for PDF-XChange Editor v9.0. Now, I cannot OCR any document. The OCR tool crashed midway through its processing.

I've attached a screenshot of the OCR settings I'm using.

Can you please advise.

I tried to OCR a few documents using your settings, but my tests were successful.

Could you please send me one of your files so I can try to reproduce the issue on our end?

Also, could you please generate a crash DUMP file, by following these instructions, and then send it to us:
