Dear sir,

With due respect, That I'm using PDF- Xchange Viewer, Version 2.0.57 for my own home use.
But some of the tips like document settings, comments tools are not working properly due to free version of the above software. So I earnestly request you to software update support is definetely required or I want to purchase new version of PDF- Xchange Viewer. What should I have to do?

can you provide us with details on what is not working? Comment tools work in the 'Free' Viewer and I would be interested in hearing, or even better seeing what you are experiencing. Ideally a screen shot of your issue would be helpful. Also a description of how we can reproduce this here.
