Hi,
I have a document I rendered into PDF using Calibre.
I learned how to globally modify
Text Alignment
here: https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=38098&p=157465#p157440
Thanks, Daniel!
Does anyone know of a way to modify one other text property globally, First Line Indent:
So that I could apply the change to all text in the file in one fell swoop.
Thanks!

Re: Globally Modify First Line Indent SOLVED
Hello, shade-cabin-hammock
Unfortunately this one cannot be done globally, Like I mentioned in the previous topic, global actions normally occur to each text "object" independently. In most modern documents, a single line of text is one object, but in some cases, each word, or even each letter can be a single object, Conversely, as far as PDF is concerned, there is no such thing as a "multiline text" object, they will always be one line or less.
As such, the only way that the paragraph options can be applied is when you are directly within the text box, as then word wrapping is enabled, and we will move, breakdown, and re-organize the text objects as necessary. This cannot be done when working with the "container" for the text, only inside while editing the "content".
Kind regards,

Hi Daniel,
Ah! Yep. I remembered that note of caution you struck. Was hoping this was one that snuck under the wire!
I follow. Thanks for the insightful reply.
Sincerely,
SCH
