I have a PDF file that contains several rows of data.
I want to delete both the data and the row the data appeared in.
How can I do that?

Welcome to our Forum.
Without seeing the file itself, I can't be sure what type of content you want to delete, but if it's part of the base content, you'll need to run the Editing tool first:
You can then select the components of the content you want to remove and simply press the delete button.
