Hello, kidbv@seznam.cz

The screenshot you have shown here, and the "blue frame" you speak of are not from our software, but appear to be Adobe. Are you needing support with our "PDF-Xchange Editor" today? If so, please elaborate on what is going wrong within our application, and if possible include screenshots from our editor, so that we can better assist.

Kind regards,

When i open PDF file created in PDF-XChange Editor in Adobe Reader, I see comments and "blue frame".
When I open in Adobe Reader other PDF file , for example exported from MS Word as PDF, comments and "blue frames" they are not there.
I must make some mistake when i save file or something like that.

Hello, kidbv@seznam.cz

These are appearing because you have placed "comments" in the document. I am unsure if adobe offers functions to hide the borders, but if you wanted the text to be "base content" (which is not a comment, and would not appear in that comments list within adobe), you should "flatten" the comments, and then going forward, use the "Add text" or "Edit" tool to add new base content text.
The Flatten comments function is located on the Comment tab:

Meanwhile, the Add and Edit tools are on the Home tab:
