Pasting Screenshot

I am having a problem with the Snapshot tool. When I paste a plan onto another sheet, it comes in at a smaller scale than the original. Is there a simple fix to this?

Hello, DAVE41

The scale should not be affected by the snapshot tool, the only case where this would happen is if the original document is physically smaller than the target one, and so it appears visually smaller than the original after pasting (but truely being unaffected). The image quality on the other hand, in some cases, can be marginally affected, and result in lower fidelity pasted content. This is because the snapshot tool needs to rasterize the content contained within into a new image entirely.

If you have an example of the snapshot tool reducing the scale of the snapped area, please send us a copy of the original and target document, as well as a screenshot of yourself using the snapshot tool, so we can see the exact location and bounds you are using to take the snapshot.

Kind regards,
