No matter what I've tried I can't get the Typewriter text to change from the color black.
Even though I get no error when I select typewrite characters and change the fill color to another color.
The setting is ignored and the character color is displayed in black.
Here's the interesting thing.
I can change the character color and view the document in PDF-Viewer and it displays with the correct color.
However, in PDF-XChage Editor is displays in black only.
I'm thinking it's an incorrect preference setting but can't determine how to fix.
Please assist.
Thanks

Re: Can't change typewriter text color from black
HI
are you sure you are selecting the text within the typewriter object? That catches people out sometimes until one realizes that these objects have two levels of "focus". An initial click on a typewriter object selects it's container and the dynamic format ribbon shows tools for the border etc, but NOT the text properties.:
If you then double click the text itself yo get different formatting options, this time for the text itself, not it's container:
an animation may make this distinction clearer:
Does that help?

It was the accessibility override.
Thanks for helping to reduce my aggravation level.
