Toolbar icons are very small and unreadable.

My toolbar icons have become very small and unreadable:

How do I fix this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PDF Xchange viewer but that did not help.

Hi,

Most probably you are (still) using the old PDF-XChange Viewer application on a high resolution monitor.
For as far as I know, there is no option for changing the size of the icons in the toolbars (in the Viewer).

I think you should be better of by using PDF-XChange Editor, the successor of PDF-XChange Viewer:

Hello,

Willy is correct here, the Viewer is an old and now discontinued products, so unfortunately it will not be seeing an update to add "high-DPI scaling" support. If you wish to use our products on a modern system, It is advised that you update to the Editor, in which the latest releases offer high-DPI scaling that should be enabled by default.
